Our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear is elaborated with pomegranates from a tree called Punica Granatum. The seeds are hard on the inside and the head is covered by a juicy, red or pink, acid pulp. The Pomegranate Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages, and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach the Brix of ready to drink product.
Apart from drinks and beverages, our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear can be used in fruit industrial applications, bakery products, dairy products, ice creams, ready meals, jams and syrups. Its colour, taste and flavour are typical of fresh pomegranates.
